Tax News and a Baby!

We hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! As we launch into 2023, we want to alert both our individual and corporate clients about upcoming action items. We also have some super exciting news!

Our Hark tax organizers have been mailed out to all individual clients. Be on the lookout in the next few weeks for a large envelope from Hark & Associates. There are forms that need to be signed and sent to us, as well as the organizer for you to start capturing the information we will need to prepare your returns. The due date for all information due to us in order to prepare your return is March 17th, but don’t wait till the end. We have also posted a blank organizer and the Hark tax packet on the new forms tab on our website.

For clients that issue 1099’s, it’s time to start preparing. Please send in documentation by January 20th for us to complete your 1099s. Keep an eye out on your emails for communication from us on the process to get these prepared for you to distribute by January 31, 2023.

Finally, Hark and Associates, PC would like to congratulate and share the exciting news that Matt Maskarinec and his wife, Natalie, had a beautiful baby boy! Their son was born on December 28, 2022. The family is doing well and happy at home.  Matt is currently taking a short paternity leave to enjoy this time with his precious newborn and Natalie.
